Hey there, wonderful members,

Due to both Chibi and myself having particularly busy schedules outside of dA and the group, submission processing and member additions have gone rather slowly, in the past few months. So, in order to solve that minor dilemma and to keep the group alive and active, we have both decided it would be best to look for a new co-founder to help out and share the fun with. This is where you guys come in! :D

We are now accepting applications for co-founder and would like to invite you all to come and apply! Here's what we're looking for:
:bulletpurple: You must be a member of dA for at least one month, in order to ensure that you have general knowledge of how the site works and will be able to understand what you're doing. Chibi will guide you as far as how the group functions, so there's no need for previous group management experience.
:bulletpurple: You need to be active! I understand that we all have lives and such, but what we're really looking for is someone who can be online often enough to accept/decline submissions as they come in. Once a day or even once every other day would work just fine.
:bulletpurple: You must be able to abide by the group's rules as well as dA's own policies. This means that you need to follow the guidelines pertaining to mature art, what sort deviation belongs in what folder, and be fair to all -i.e: no denying a submission simply because you don't like it or don't like the person who created it, etc-. Order brings stability and success, so we'd appreciate someone who can respect and follow group policies.
:bulletpurple: You must be willing to communicate with others. We often have situations occur where a deviation may not fit our rules and we, in turn, need to explain to the person why their art was denied. Other situations include people who note us with questions, concerns, etc that need to be addressed as soon as possible. We need someone who can respond and help where needed.
:bulletpurple: Lastly, you of course need to be friendly. There's nothing worse than having a negative nancy send nasty/curt messages to others and cause a blowout when really, it could've been handled thousands of times better with calm, polite, respect. We prefer to avoid drama, as you can imagine. Now, we understand if someone else is being aggressive and rude first, but it's always best to remain calm and never let them get the upper hand by angering you.

That about sums it up. If you're interested in becoming a co-founder, please send Chibi-Writer a note saying so and explaining just what you can bring to our group. There's no deadline for applications at this time, but we'll revise this journal as soon as there is. Thank you!
